My name is Lorie Eames and I have been teaching at Gonzales Elem School since 2008.
I was born and raised in Dallas, TX, where the majority of my family still lives. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2001, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, and a minor in Public Relations. After working for seven years in sales, I returned to school to earn my teaching certification.
I currently live in New Braunfels with my husband Brant, who is an eighth grade teacher at Gonzales Jr. High School. We share our home with a very energetic border collie, and a not-so-energetic cocker spaniel.
I feel fortunate to have landed in such a tight-knit school district and look forward to a long and rewarding career here.
