I grew up in Gonzales and graduated from Gonzales High School. This year I’m teaching third grade Language Arts and Social Studies. Every year brings new challenges and excitement at GE, but one thing never changes and that is the wonderful support given by the community of Gonzales.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts the University of Texas in San Antonio in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Bilingual Education.
I live in the peaceful county of San Marcos with my husband, Christopher Borchers and my daughter, Camila Mae. Hobbies I like to partake in are: reading, photography and, of course, experiencing the growth of my toddler.

Yo me crié y me gradue de Gonzales. Este año estoy enseñando tercergrado, lectura, escritura y estudios sociales. Cada año trae nuevos desafíos en GE, pero una cosa nunca cambia y que es el extraordinario apoyo prestado por la comunidad de Gonzales.
He obtenido un Bachillerato en Artes de la Universidad de Texas en San Antonio en estudios interdisciplinarios con una especialización en Educación Bilingüe.
Yo vivo en el tranquilo condado de San Marcos con mi marido, Christopher Borchers y mi hija, Camila Mae. Me gusta participar en la lectura, la fotografía y, por supuesto el crecimiento de mi niña.
