My name is Alma Trevino and I recently joined the wonderful staff at Gonzales Elementary as a librarian.
I have been married to my husband James for 34 years and we have a wonderful son, Stephen James who is attending Texas A&M University at College Station.
I received a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a major in Elementary Education and certifications in Early Childhood and Bilingual Education.I attended Boston University and received a Master’s Degree in Counseling.I have a Library Science certification from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.
I love my job as a librarian and enjoy reading.My goal is for all students to become life-long readers.Please come and visit the library.You are always welcomed.
